Randy Damon, Senior Solutions Architect – Cyber Resilience
In his role at NetApp, Randy leverages his 30+ years of experience implementing technology solutions to educate both partners and customers about how NetApp solutions can be used to protect critical data. A veteran of the United States Air Force, before joining NetApp, Randy spent 10 years working for VERITAS Software/Symantec as a Systems Architect supporting various Data Protection and Data availability platforms, followed by several years with Hitachi Data Systems as a global resource assisting customers with the selection and implementation of disk-based data protection solutions.

Whether conducting “deep-dive” product discussions with individual customers or presenting at a higher level to large groups, helping customers understand how to design, implement, and optimize effective Data Protection Strategies for the explosive data growth in their environments, Randy brings the same level of professionalism, drive, and enthusiasm to each opportunity.

Paul Emanuel, Senior Solutions Engineer, Tego
Paul is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with over 18 years of hands-on experience securing some of the most complex and high-risk environments in the nation. His career has spanned the full spectrum of cyber defense and offense, from leading red team operations and conducting advanced security assessments to architecting robust network security hardening strategies that withstand today’s most sophisticated threats.

Paul’s background includes extensive experience in the SLED (State, Local, and Education) sectors, as well as sensitive Federal government contracts, where he has been trusted to protect critical infrastructure, national assets, and mission-critical systems. He has helped organizations mature their security posture through a combination of technical rigor, tactical red teaming, and strategic vision.

Known for his sharp eye, battlefield-tested methodology, and a no-nonsense approach to cybersecurity, Paul brings a rare blend of technical depth, operational experience, and leadership. Whether he’s evaluating the security of a Fortune 500 network or probing the weaknesses in a hardened government enclave, Paul approaches every challenge with a relentless commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the adversary mindset.
