Service Levels

A tiered pricing structure with three different SLAs allows you to align the service level from Tego to the business criticality of the asset.

Reactive

Basic monitoring and support on an as-needed basis, with 9 AM – 5 PM US ET availability. Designed for organizations that prefer to manage their infrastructure internally but require expert assistance when issues arise.

Proactive

Comprehensive management including proactive monitoring, planning, and execution of maintenance tasks during business hours (8 AM – 8 PM US ET). Offers enhanced monitoring and management for production and non-production assets.

Priority

Offers the same comprehensive management as the Proactive Level but with 24/7/365 coverage. Designed for mission-critical environments that require constant attention and rapid response times.
