With over 16 years at Tego and more than 30 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, and project leadership, Johanna Berry plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and customer success across the organization. As Vice President of Operations, Johanna leads Tego’s sales operations and project management office.

Johanna is known for her unwavering commitment to service, guiding a team that delivers responsive, high-impact support with a strong focus on execution and customer outcomes. Prior to joining Tego, she held key sales and account management roles at industry leaders including NetApp, Motorola, and AT&T.

She holds a B.A. in English from the University at Buffalo, has completed master’s-level coursework in Business Law, Organizational Change Management, and Communications, and maintains a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential.

Johanna has been recognized multiple times on CRN’s prestigious Women of the Channel list, honoring her leadership and influence in the IT channel.
