Enterprise Managed Services

Maintaining a robust and efficient IT infrastructure is crucial in today’s fast-paced business environment. Tego’s Enterprise Managed Services offers a comprehensive solution to manage and optimize your IT operations, allowing you to focus on your core business objectives. Get the support you need with any of our service levels:

Reactive:  Basic monitoring and support on an as-needed basis, with 9 AM – 5 PM US ET availability. This level is designed for organizations that prefer to manage their infrastructure internally but require expert assistance when issues arise. It’s well-suited for non-production environments.

Proactive: Comprehensive management including proactive monitoring, planning, and execution of maintenance tasks during business hours (8 AM – 8 PM US ET). This level offers enhanced monitoring and management for both production and non-production assets⁠⁠​.

Priority: This level offers the same comprehensive management as the Proactive Service Level but with 24/7/365 coverage. It is designed for mission-critical environments that require constant attention and rapid response times⁠⁠​.

Engineering Residency

Looking for assistance with complex projects or need an extended engagement? Leverage Tego’s engineering experts in your department on a fractional or full-time basis. Tego offers a variety of strategic, cost-effective staffing solutions to help your organization execute critical IT projects.

Project Management

Our certified Project Manager (PM) and team of Professional Service Engineers use standard methodologies and tools combined with a detailed, proactive, and methodical approach to consistently deliver successful projects. The PM provides oversight and coordination throughout the project, focusing on maintaining a high degree of communication between our customer and the implementation team to prevent or mitigate issues.
