ROLE DESCRIPTION

Full Time | Remote

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will serve as an extension of the sales team, playing a critical role in enabling the success of our Sales and Solutions Engineering teams by managing key operational functions across the sales lifecycle. This is a highly collaborative role, requiring strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication. This is a full-time, remote position, but we get together in person several times a year for team-building activities, mandatory company meetings, and other events.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • • Quote and SOW Creation: Collaborate with the sales team (including Engineers and Account Managers) to build product configurations. Coordinate with a wide range of technology partners and distributors to submit deal registrations, obtain pricing, and generate accurate, detailed quotes and SOWs using quoting software and other resources.
  • • CRM/Sales Administration: Utilize our CRM software and other internal resources to assist sales with opportunity management, renewals and asset tracking, maintaining customer data, and report generation.
  • • Customer Success: Respond to inquiries from the account team or customers directly, answering questions, addressing concerns, providing product information, or engaging with the appropriate team or other points of contact for assistance. Maintain a “customer-first” mindset.
  • • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a fundamental understanding of our expansive technology portfolio. Gain familiarity with manufacturer and distributor partner portals and quoting tools to support the sales process effectively.

This is not a prospecting or outbound sales role. While you will interact with customers, your primary focus is internal support for revenue-generating teams.
